The Village Green Board of Directors hosted the Annual Homeowner and Budget Ratification meeting on 11/5 at 6:30 pm via Zoom. Thank you to everyone who returned their ballot/proxy and attended the meeting. There were 39 votes cast.

• 2021 Budget  39 In favor    0 Against   (2021 monthly homeowner fees are same as 2020:  $109 Base HOA fee, $135 Optional Maintenance)                             

• Reserves Investment     Option 1 (stay with Norway)  2                                           Option 2  (Invest FEQIX)       37                
• Beth Waldman and David Goldman were both reelected to the Board,  and Kay Graham and Katherine Pelletreau were elected to the 2 seats vacated by Terry Philbrook and John Law. The terms for each are for 2 years.                                                         

• The minutes of the December 11, 2019 Annual Meeting were approved.  (38 Approved / 0 Opposed / 1 Not voting)   

 At the end of the meeting, 12 raffle winners were drawn from the list of households that returned their proxy/ballots. All winners that were not present were contacted by email.
