We are so happy to have you joining our community. Below is some information that we hope will facilitate your transition to becoming a Village Green homeowner.

❖ Please review the VG HOA Governing Documents that you received from your realtor upon closing on the purchase of your property.  These documents set forth the property rights of all owners and the obligations of owners and the Association.  These are also located on this Website under Governing Documents.  If you have questions, please contact Phoenix Management.

❖ Please fill out an Owner Contact Request and e-mail it to Phoenix Management so that they can keep your contact info on file. They require this information for any maintenance related issues, general homeowner emails, or if any problems arise.   You may elect to have contact info included in this website's Homeowner Directory OR you can opt out of publishing this info in the Directory.  NOTE:  only VG homeowners with a password to this site can access the Directory.

❖ If you have questions about VG grounds maintenance or your irrigation system, please contact Phoenix Management at 207-571-3061.

❖ Please log into this web site using the Log In. This enables additional menu items including the Homeowner Directory, HOA Board and Committee descriptions, and vendor info.  Contact Phoenix Management if you need a website account set up with Password.
