Q: Will I receive a reminder or statement showing my balance and account information, and when do I need to pay my Association dues?

A: We do not send statements to everyone,  if you would like to receive an email or hard copy statement through USPS please contact Phoenix Management and we can add you to this list. Association dues are due the first of every month, payments received after 10 days will be charged a late fee.

Q: Where do I send my check for monthly assessments?

A:  Checks should be sent for the 1st of the month and made payable to the Village Green Homeowners Association (NOT Phoenix Management).  They should be mailed to the following address:

Q:  Can I set-up an automatic withdrawal for my payments?

A:  Yes, you can! Rather than having to write a check every month or set up an auto-bill pay with your bank, signing up for ACH will pull the money directly from your personal bank account and deposit it into the Village Green HOA operating account. To enroll for ACH, please print and fill out the form.  You must MAIL it back to Phoenix Management.  DO NOT e-mail back the completed form as it will contain private, banking information and email is not secure.  ACH Authorization Village green.pdf

Q:  I am interested in renting my home, is there anything that I need to know before I do?

A:  Yes, there are some terms and conditions for renting your home.  Please visit the Governing Docs tab and read the Bylaws for more information. The minimum lease is 1 year and landlords are required to furnish a copy of the lease to the management company for compliance upon renewal or a new lease signing.

Phoenix Management can also provide you services as your rental agent and can help you find the right tenants for your home by performing background and reference checks.  Please contact Beth Hemenway for more details.

Q:  What do I do if I have a maintenance related issue?

A:  Feel free to contact Phoenix Management by email or phone at 571-3061.  We would be happy to send a maintenance technician to help you or we can point you in the right direction, and make recommendations if we are unable to perform the work.  Any work that requires a professional trade such as an electrician or plumber we will point you to a reputable company that stands behind their work.

Q:  How much does sending a Phoenix maintenance technician cost?

A:  Phoenix maintenance rates (as of 2024) are $50/hr during normal business hours (9am-4PM  Monday- Friday) plus whatever additional supplies are needed to be purchased.
