RE: COVID-19

Dear Homeowner,

This letter is meant to share with you how we at Phoenix Management are responding to the Coronavirus and offer suggestions on how best to protect you and your family.

Basic Facts:

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person.  The virus that causes it is a novel coronavirus that was first identified in Wuhan, China.  Symptoms include mild to severe respiratory illness, fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Your health care provider is the best source of information to answer any medical concerns.

As the CDC has stated, there are simple, preventative actions we can all take to prevent the spread of all respiratory viruses, such as:

  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
  • Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands
  • Frequent hand washing with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds
  • Covering coughs and sneezes with an elbow or tissue
  • Staying home when you have a fever, and not returning to school or work until being fever-free for at least

24 hours

For more information please visit: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/summary.html.

In response to this disease we are taking the following precautionary steps to help curb the spread:

  • -       Starting Wednesday, March 18th our offices will be closed to the public. This will be in effect for a minimum period of 2 weeks.  We will reassess at the beginning of next week and plan to re-communicate to you at that time.  Please note that there is a mail slot to the right of the main entrance door that can be used to drop off paperwork / information or to leave payments. If you need to meet with someone in person that meeting will need to be scheduled directly with that person by calling our main number 207-571-3061.
  • -       Any face to face meetings will be held in our conference room.  After each meeting the table and chairs will be wiped down with a disinfectant.
  • -       Requests for projects to be completed by our Maintenance Team will be on hold for a least the next two weeks. We will be reevaluating the situation after that time.

We encourage everyone to stay informed and to stay calm. Knowledge and taking actions like washing of hands will go a long way to calm fears and curb the spread of this disease. We all need to be part of the solution.

Sincerely,

Aaron Bateman

President
